HOW TO ORDER: email

SPECIAL ORDERS: We always try to personally make each piece for you, using your measurements, so that the fit is as comfortable as can be. This is at no extra charge, but takes longer than if you had ordered our stock sizes. Special orders must be arranged in advance by phone, via email,or in person. You will be given an estimated completion date at the time your order is placed. We will not begin working on your special order until complete payment is made.

COLORS: If you wish for a color not listed under the product description, it is considered a special order. You can contact us for details.

SIZES: Be sure to indicate which size you want! Sizes correspond to standard store sizes for "small," "medium" and "large." "Extra large" is considered a special order and will cost more based on the materials used. You can contact us for details.

PAYMENT:You may pay by check or money order payable to "Emporium Custom Leatheres." If paying by check, allow two weeks for the check to clear before work begins. We also accept all major credit cards.

DELIVERY: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion and delivery. We send all orders by UPS or FEDEX. We will make every effort to ship your order immediately after payment is confirmed, but sometimes we are out of stock and have to replenish (and obviously if it's a special order, we can't send it out until it's made!). Also, unusual sizes may take longer since we do not carry them in regular stock. If it appears that it will take more than a month for your order to arrive, we will contact you. You will have the right at that time to cancel your order.
